Misk Art Institute invites young creatives to step into the exciting world of comic books at “Summer Camp: Comic Book Edition.” This camp offers a fun and supportive environment for kids to imagine, explore, and express themselves through drawing and storytelling. 

Each day is filled with hands-on activities that encourage kids to think outside the box, build their confidence, and enjoy the process of making their own comic book. 

What they’ll learn 

1. Develop original characters and story concepts 
2. Learn and apply core comic-making techniques 
3. Practice storytelling and visual communication skills 
4. Discover new art techniques in a guided environment 

Camp details 

Dates:  August 3 – 7 

Time: 11:00 a.m.– 2:30 p.m. 

Eligibility: Mixed-gender classes (Ages 8–14) 

Additional information for parents 

1. Tickets are nonrefundable and valid for one cohort only 
2. Parents are kindly asked to provide lunch and handle transportation 
3. Participation includes consent to be photographed by Misk Art Institute 
4. Parents must disclose any medical conditions 
5. Behavioral issues may result in removal from the program
