Using found materials from their environment, children living in Za'atari Camp enjoyed a weekend of creative recycling workshops led by members of the Misk Art Institute team.

Workshops including making a pinhole camera, using boxes and materials from the environment, and a kite making with plastic bags.

Za'atari Camp, close to Jordan’s northern border with Syria was established in 2012, since that time it has developed from an impromptu gathering of a few tents into a massive urban settlement home to more than 80,000 displaced people.
