This 5-day masterclass explores how art and architecture exhibitions are conceived, managed, and activated within contemporary cultural organizations. Participants will examine the process from research and curatorial vision through planning, budgeting, timelines, logistics, exhibition design, and professional coordination, alongside an in-depth look at cultural organization management models and understanding the museum as a complex and interconnected ecosystem. 

 

Beyond production, this masterclass investigates the life of an exhibition through audience engagement, accessibility strategies, and audience support management. A key component of the program is the exploration of Artificial Intelligence in museums, considered both as a management tool and as an interactive exhibition feature, alongside reflections on future exhibition scenarios and audience interaction.
