Capture art in a new light!

In collaboration with Noor Riyadh, Misk Art Institute presents a four-day photo walk that elevates learning beyond the traditional classroom, offering an immersive experience focused on capturing illuminated artworks at night. This unique photo walk will conclude in Noor Riyadh—a citywide festival celebrating light and art.  

Participants will have the opportunity to engage in live photo walks of the stunning public artworks featured in Noor Riyadh 2024. They will tackle the challenges of nighttime photography head-on, learning 

essential techniques such as low-light shooting, long exposure, and capturing the captivating interplay between light and art.

Participants will dive into post-production and expert editing to achieve professional results. At the end of this program, they will produce edited photos and a handover document outlining an art concept. This concept can later be implemented in an art residency or similar projects.
