He is a Kuwait artist who explores the built environment in Kuwait City. His work stresses a multidisciplinary approach where the realms of architecture, textile and storytelling collide, shedding light on various structures with historical and cultural significance. His work spans both digital illustration to textile printing and manipulation, which the artist accompanies with a narrative that investigates human behavior. His work was exhibited in group shows in both Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates.

He also participated in art residencies in Sadu House and Abdullah AlSalem Cultural Center in Kuwait, while his first solo show was in Al Makan Cube (Kuwait City, 2017). Meshari is also the co-founder of IN Narrative, a multidisciplinary platform that further explores his field of research and injects storytelling into architecture. Together with Sara Abdulla, they have conducted various workshops in Bahrain and Kuwait, along with ongoing research on architecture.
