Abdulsattar Almussa is a Saudi artist who started exploring his artistic talents from a young age while growing up in Al-Ahasa. He was inspired by his surroundings, family and neighbors, and Al-Ahasa oasis life. This inspiration have translated into many works of arts later in his adult life. While preparing his Masters of fine arts at Moscow’s Surikov Institute of Arts, Abdulsattar mastered a new methodology in arts by using press printing ink over engraved cardboard paper. His work mostly shined after many world renowned galleries, such as Pushkin Museum of arts, obtained his work to be displayed with their world tours. Those works resembled many memories from Al-Ahasa city that he carried with him and kept him going.
