Create your own hand printed fabric.

This four-day workshop will guide participants in creating one-of-a-kind hand printed fabrics using screen printing. Participants will gain a basic understanding of the techniques of silkscreen printing onto fabrics with water-based inks.

Required materials:
Laptop or iPad with either: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Procreate.

Day One (Theory)
Introduction to:

The types of inks and fabric for silkscreen printing on fabric

How to create pattern and repeat structures
Day Two (Design)

Creating design: cre¬ate motifs and imagery to print a selection of elements that could be used together in a pattern or on their own.

Print the final design on transparent paper
