Introduction to Arts Management, in collaboration with VCUarts Qatar, introduces participants to the processes involved in designing, implementing, and managing art projects. 

Over five days, the masterclass will cover different examples of local and international art programs, exhibitions, and events from a project management perspective. To assist participants in developing their art projects, tools and templates will be provided, in addition to presentations, case studies, and discussions.
